Motion for online and social media
Here you’ll find a selection of motion projects for online use and social media.
Fenistil
Animations for social media
Haleon owned Fenistil Gel is used for the relief of itching associated with dermatoses, insect bites and burns.
Various elements were required to help promote the product including Instagram stories and 16:9 online animations. It was my job to come up with an animation style using brand and on-pack architecture.
Produced while working for Marks Design.
Sensodyne
Mode of action
A mode of action animation was required to be inserted into an online promotional video for Sensodyne toothpaste. The animation had to show the various stages of protection to alleviate the problem of sensitive teeth.
Using an illustration from the brand library I created a clear and clinical looking animation that compliments the brand look and feel. Each mode was shown separately and accompanied by a voice over.

Theraflu
Animation for social media
A short and simple animation was needed to demonstrate a new ‘easy-dosing’ bottle. When squeezed, the specially designed cap would give the exact single dose measurement.
An illustration was provided and I had to bring it to life with realistic hand and liquid behaviours.

Berocca
Instagram post
The effervescent vitamin B & C drink tablets, Berocca, required an Instagram post promoting their ‘Immuno’ product pack.
I used on-pack architecture to bring the pack to life with movement, without overcomplicating the animation. The layering of the chevrons, along with the starburst, was used to create the focal point of the build, while the dissolving tablet eases the sequence to its endpoint.

JPS
Ad campaign screens
Imperial Tobacco’s JPS brand was running a campaign to promote new bands in Germany. As part of this campaign, short promotional videos were displayed in stores throughout the country.
While the tobacco advertising regulations in Germany were not as strict as those in the UK, the regulatory guidelines still presented certain challenges.
