As part of their expanding corporate hospitality sector, the London Eye purchased the Barracuda Thames river boat. After the vessel’s refit, which kept many of it’s Art Deco features, I had the task of creating a logo. The final design is clean and elegant using an Art Deco style typeface, with two graphic waves representing both the wake of the boat and the shape of a Barracuda’s head.
A new bank of images was also required for use across collateral material for the Barracuda’s restaurant, corporate functions and wedding packages. I was involved in the organisation of the two day photoshoot and assisted in the art direction.
